Shipping and handling costs within the continental U.S. are $5.00 for one book. Please add $1.00 shipping and handling for each additional book sent to the same address in the same shipment. 

 

Books will be shipped via MediaMail. Please contact us for costs for shipping outside the continental U.S. or rush requests.
